## Coverage and limits
The published directory snapshot contains 584 listings in 11 resource categories.
County browsing covers Washington's 39 counties. Some listed organizations serve wider areas;
this is not a comprehensive nationwide directory. A listing is not an eligibility decision.
Programs may have costs, waitlists, funding limits, residence rules or treatment requirements.
Confirm current availability with the organization before applying or traveling.

## Sources and freshness
Listings link to the service provider where a website is available. Recorded verification dates
range from 2026-03 to 2026-03. These are record dates, not proof of current availability.
Daily site rebuilds do not mean that every provider has been contacted again.
Directory corrections are incorporated in the published build; the interactive directory and
read-only API may reflect newer corrections. Cite the specific listing, its provider and the
recorded verification date. Do not describe a listing as medically reviewed unless the page says so.

## Languages
The directory and core interface support English, Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, Russian,
Tagalog and Arabic. Research briefs and the Care Circle interface are in English.
Linked provider sites may support different languages. Translation is not medical review.
